The Greenville County Sheriff's Office is proud to partner with upstate law enforcement agencies to host a charity 5K run/walk to benefit the Wounded and Recovering Fund for injured police officers and deputies within Greenville County. The W.A.R. Fund was created in 2012 after a Greenville County deputy was shot and out of work for an extended period of time. Unfortunately, there have been many more officers and deputies shot and injured in the line of duty since the fund was started. Thankfull
