Lunges to Hops in this video, I am demonstrating seven of my favourite explosive plyometric exercises. I incorporate in my training to help me to improve my start and acceleration. Please remember to warm up before attempting any of these exercises , for my warm-up I did 5×50 m strides followed by dynamic stretches. x2 of each 5 to 10 reps Rest as needed Thank you
